• Haynes and Boone will expand its office space at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York, growing to approximately 90,000 square feet from 70,000. • Dick Moss, the lawyer who revolutionized pay for professional athletes, died Saturday at the age of 93. Moss’ efforts in a landmark 1975 arbitration case led to the dismantling of the reserve clause, a contractual provision in place since 1878 which allowed teams to control players indefinitely.
