Eamonn Moran joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the financial services team in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Moran advises clients on state and federal consumer protection laws and regulations, the firm said. He works with lenders, finance companies, financial and regulatory technology companies, marketplace lending platforms, banks, investors, and other financial services providers navigate issues arising under state and federal financial services laws.
He joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.
