Paul Hastings Recruits Charles Persons as Restructuring Partner

Charles Persons joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its financial restructuring practice in Dallas, the firm said Monday.

Persons represents debtors and creditors in complex domestic and cross-border matters ranging from Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court reorganizations and financings to distressed acquisitions and debtor-in-possession financings, as well as diverse bankruptcy litigation matters, including appellate litigation, the firm said.

He joins from Sidley Austin.
