Rachel Gartner joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its public policy and regulation group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Gartner advises on food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and other Food and Drug Administration-regulated products, as well as related advertising and intellectual property matters to major corporations, mid-size companies, startups and other publicly traded and privately held businesses, the firm said.
