Winston and Strawn Adds Louis Jenull as Partner in Tax Practice

Louis Jenull joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its transactions department and tax practice in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.

Jenull advises clients on federal income taxation, with a focus on tax credits, renewable energy, oil and gas, mergers and acquisitions, environmental, safety, and health issues, real estate lending and development, and the structuring and formation of complex partnerships with tax-exempt, taxable, and foreign investors, the firm said.

Additionally, he advises buyers and sellers of tax credits under the new rules of the Inflation Reduction Act.
