Paul Weiss is bolstering its Los Angeles office one year after it was launched, hiring mergers and acquisitions and private equity partner Bianca Levin-Soler from Ropes & Gray.
Levin-Soler joined Ropes about two years ago and previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis, according to her LinkedIn page.
She joins Paul Weiss’ Los Angeles office a year after it launched as part of Paul Weiss’ raid on Kirkland, the world’s largest law firm by revenue. Paul Weiss hired a 13-partner group from Kirkland last year, including Los Angeles-based dealmaker Eric Wedel, who now heads the LA office.
