Burr & Forman Adds Kat Carrington as Product Liability Partner

Kat Carrington joined Burr & Forman as a partner in its transportation, insurance, and product liability practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Monday.

Carrington’s practice focuses on product liability litigation, with an emphasis on defending recreational vehicle manufacturers and distributors against complex defect allegations, the firm said.

She works with a diverse array of product liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation cases involving motorcycles, off-road vehicles, motorhomes, automobiles, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, and medical devices, the firm said.
