Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is letting London-based lawyers work from home the entire month after the policy was well received last year. Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson is allowing London lawyers to work from home in the last two weeks of August. (Law.com)

Aspiring attorneys should not have to disclose personal mental health information, the American Psychological Association has determined. The group decided to join a push to strike mental health questions from character and fitness reviews for would-be lawyers. (Reuters)

Phillips Murrah and Goolsby Proctor should pay Red Dirt Electric’s legal costs and apologize after suing the company over a fire that occurred before Red Dirt existed, owner Spencer Struck contends. Struck said legal team representatives told him the wrong people get sued every day. Red Dirt is no longer named in the suit. (The Oklahoman)
