Thompson Hine Brings On Former PBGC, FDA Veterans in Washington

Katherine B. Kohn and James C. Fraser have joined Thompson Hine in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.

Kohn, who was an attorney at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, advised as a partner at Groom Law Group on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, multiemployer plans, and health plans, Thompson Hine said.

Fraser, who practiced at Greenberg Traurig, served as the FDA’s associate chief counsel for litigation and has experience as a pharmaceutical product liability litigator, according to Thompson Hine.
