Robert J. Nolan has joined Duane Morris as a partner in the trial practice group in San Francisco, Calif., the firm said Tuesday.
Nolan, who joins from DLA Piper, represents companies in intellectual property and commercial disputes in the US and abroad, with a focused experience in unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation litigation, according to Duane Morris.
He also represents companies in investigations brought by governmental enforcement agencies such as the SEC and DOJ, said the firm.
