Howard S. Hirsch has joined Nelson Mullins LLP in Atlanta, Ga., as a partner, the firm said Tuesday.
Hirsch will focus on real estate capital markets, real estate investment trusts, private equity, general counsel services, corporate governance, public company compliance and counseling, and securities offerings, according to Nelson Mullins.
His clients include public and private companies, Nelson Mullins said.
