Joel V. Sestito has joined Blank Rome as a partner in the real estate group in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.
Sestito, who joins from Akerman, represents lenders at all stages of the loan process, according to Blank Rome.
He advises clients regarding secured and unsecured, single lender and syndicated loans, revolving lines of credit, mezzanine loans, and securitized loans, said the firm.
