Geoffrey Greeves has joined K&L Gates in the litigation and dispute resolution practice area in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Greeves, who joins from Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, recovers insurance proceeds for corporate policyholders in disputed claims and adversary proceedings through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, according to K&L Gates.
He handles business tort litigation and monetizes contested insurance claims involving business interruption, first-party catastrophe, and property damage claims, said the firm.
