  • UK law firm Taylor Wessing reportedly is scrapping an annual profit share bonus for employees. The move—the firm had given employees a 5% bonus in each of the last two years—comes after Taylor Wessing’s profit slipped by 12% in the latest fiscal year. (Law.com)


  • Florida International University students “overperformed” on bar exams, compared to predictions, more than any other law school, according to a pair of researchers. Stanford University, University of Southern California, University of California, Berkeley, and The University of North Carolina, were also among the top “overperformers.” (Florida Law Review)
