David Simon has joined Skadden as co-head of the global cybersecurity and data privacy practice and as partner in the national security group in Washington, the firm said Monday.
Simon previously served as Pentagon special counsel and chief cyber counsel to the US Cyberspace Solarium Commission, according to Skadden.
He has experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on matters involving cybersecurity, AI, privacy, national security and crisis management, said the firm.
