Ropes & Gray Recruits Restructuring Partner Hwangpo in New York

Natasha S. Hwangpo has joined Ropes & Gray as a restructuring partner in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Hwangpo has experience advising equity sponsors, public companies, and private companies in corporate restructurings, according to Ropes & Gray.

She has held leadership roles in restructuring transactions, including the sale of Sears, said the firm.
