Charlotte Walker-Osborn has joined Morrison & Foerster as a partner in the technology transactions group and transactions department in London, the firm said Monday.
Walker-Osborn will be a leader for the European technology practice and the UK technology practice at the firm, according to Morrison Foerster. Her experiences has a focus in technology law, digitalization, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
She served as a partner and head of the commercial and digital practice group and law leader of the technology, media, and telecommunications sector at a professional services firm, Morrison Foerster said. She also held the roles of international head of the technology sector group and international head of AI at a previous law firm, according to the firm.
