Arnold & Porter Adds Ex-Assistant US Attorney to New York Office

Stephen Cha-Kim has joined Arnold & Porter as a partner with the complex litigation practice in New York, the firm said Monday.

Cha-Kim formerly served as assistant attorney in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, according to Arnold & Porter.

He handled matters such as constitutional claims and challenges brought under the Administrative Procedure Act, Title VII, and ADEA litigation as well as intellectual property and commercial litigation, Arnold & Porter said.
