John Rearick has joined Dechert LLP as a partner in the intellectual property practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
Rearick advises companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on intellectual property matters and provides strategic counseling related to patent prosecution for small molecule pharmaceuticals, according to Dechert.
He has also advised clients on matters involving product-critical patents before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the firm said.
