David Lehn has joined Boies Schiller Flexner as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Lehn focuses on regulatory and appellate matters, specializing in the areas of environmental, energy, antitrust, and constitutional law, according to Boies Schiller Flexner.

He served in the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice and has clerked for Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, said the firm.
