  • Quinn Emanuel partner William “Bill” Burck will be representing former Justice Department special counsel Robert Hur, who questioned President Joe Biden’s mental acuity during his probe into Biden’s handling of classified documents. • Paul, Weiss partner Loretta Lynch’s representation of Chinese drone company SZ DJI Technology caused a bit of a kerfuffle when she asked that her client be removed from a list of Chinese military companies. Transparency advocates say Lynch may have taken advantage of “gaps in the law” that allow lawyers and lobbyists to avoid disclosing their advocacy for companies that may subject to U.S. sanctions. • Large London law offices are offering to test their employees for neurological conditions like autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as waiting times with the UK’s National Health Service, as well as drug shortages, have left many without support.
