Norton Rose Fulbright Adds Gahan as Labor, Employment Partner

Bede Gahan has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as an employment and labor partner in in Canberra, Australia, the firm said Monday.

Gahan works on public sector workplace relations matters such as industrial relations and enterprise bargaining, managing ill and injured employees, complaints and grievances, workplace investigations, unlawful discrimination complaints, public interest disclosures and work, and health and safety matters, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.

He was a partner in the commonwealth government team at HWL Ebsworth.
