Sam Young has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the real estate capital markets group in Richmond, Va., the firm said Tuesday.
Young advises clients in commercial real estate and structured finance transactions across capital life cycles, asset classes, and product types, according to Holland & Knight.
He previously served as development counsel at Anchor Health Properties, a healthcare real estate development, management, and investment firm.
