Lavanya Raghavan has joined White & Case as a partner with the global mergers and acquisitions practice and global private equity industry group in London, the firm said Tuesday.
Raghavan advises on fund formation, co-investments, carried interest, and executive participation schemes and governance arrangements, according to White & Case.
She also works with institutional investors on primary investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions, White & Case said.
She joins the firm from Ropes & Gray.
