Briar McNutt has joined Epstein Becker Green as a member of the employee benefits team in the employment, labor, and workforce management practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
McNutt focuses on issues involving employment benefit plans and securities offerings in addition to corporate governance and corporate transactions, according to Epstein Becker Green.
She provides advice on compliance with federal and state securities laws in offering equity-based incentive compensation to executives and employees, Epstein Becker Green said.
