Nicholas Simon has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in the business practice group and as a member of both the mergers and acquisitions team and sports industry team in Cincinnati, Ohio, the firm said Tuesday.
Simon advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions in the middle market, according to BakerHostetler.
He chaired the sports and entertainment industry group at his previous firm.
