Trump Picks Two Perkins Coie Partners for Federal Judgeships

President Donald Trump nominated a new batch of federal judges on July 13, including two Perkins Coie LLP partners, one of whom is a former U.S. Supreme Court clerk.

The latest round includes a lone federal appellate court nomination and five district court seats. The Senate has confirmed 22 of Trump’s appellate nominees.

The nominees from Perkins Coie LLP’s Seattle office include Eric D. Miller to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Kathleen M. O’Sullivan to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
