Under Armour Inc. investors can once again pursue a would-be class suit against the company after a federal judge in Maryland followed through on an agreement to revive their case.
The sportswear brand’s investors are free of a 2019 dismissal after the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland granted their motion for relief Monday. Judge Richard D. Bennett agreed in January to relieve them from the judgment if the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit remanded the case, which the appellate court did in August.
