Live Nation’s $20 Million Investor Class Deal Gets Final Nod

Live Nation Entertainment Inc.‘s $20 million settlement earned a court’s final blessing to resolve allegations it misled investors over its compliance with antitrust laws.

Class counsel will get 30% of that sum in attorneys’ fees, Judge Kenly Kiya Kato said while approving the agreement Thursday. The US District Court for the Central District of California also awarded lead counsel $130,113 in litigation expenses, plus $7,500 for lead plaintiff Brian Donley and $5,000 for lead plaintiff Gene Gress.
