Live Nation to Pay Investors $20 Million Over Antitrust Risks

Live Nation Entertainment Inc. has reached a $20 million settlement agreement with investors who allege the live events and ticketing company misrepresented its compliance with antitrust laws, according to a federal court filing.

The proposed accord should be given preliminary approval, the Live Nation investors told the US District Court for the Central District of California in a March 21 filing.
