Omni Hotels & Resorts isn’t liable to a female food and beverage director for sex-based pay discrimination, a Dallas federal jury ruled following a retrial.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Texas jury’s April 11 verdict was a significant reversal from an earlier trial in the case, at which the Corpus Christi-based former employee was awarded more than $25 million in compensatory and punitive damages.
