Premier Nutrition Corp., formerly known as Joint Juice, failed on Tuesday to overturn an attorneys’ fees award in a suit alleging deceptive advertising practices related to its glucosamine supplement.
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said the lower court properly awarded class counsel $7.9 million in a case alleging the supplement didn’t deliver promised joint-health benefits.
