The founder of the Adderall telehealth startup Done Global Inc., who is facing federal charges in San Francisco for illegally pushing addictive ADHD medications, is an “extreme flight risk,” a federal judge said at a bail hearing Friday.
Federal prosecutors have provided evidence that Ruthia He, who was born in China and still has family there, has potential access to a company bank accounts worth around $9 million and an account in Hong Kong worth $1.4 million, Judge Charles R. Breyer said.
