Telehealth Firm Members Face Charges Over Adderall Prescriptions

One executive and three medical professionals at the telehealth startup Done Global Inc. were hit with federal criminal charges for participating in a scheme to fraudulently distribute Adderall over the internet.

The Justice Department’s Friday announcement of the charges comes two weeks after it arrested Done founder and CEO Ruthia He and clinical president David Brody for allegedly obtaining over $100 million through fraudulent health care practices relating to prescribing Adderall and other ADHD medication.
