Coros, Smartwatch Tech Company Move to Dismiss Patent Claims

Coros Wearables Inc. and an Israeli biotech company have agreed to dismiss its patent dispute over smartwatch measuring technology, according to a federal document filed Friday.

The parties moved to dismiss the case in the US District Court for the Central District of California following a 32-day stay that allowed them time to reach a settlement agreement. The settlement concludes litigation Cardiacsense LTD filed against both Coros and Garmin Intl. for unlawfully using patented technology in its products.
