Coros Wearables Inc. and CardiacSense Ltd. are finalizing a settlement to resolve the lawsuit accusing Coros’ Pace sport watch products of infringing a patent for monitoring users’ activity.
Coros and CaridacSense requested a continuing stay of the dispute until Sept. 29 to finalize their agreement, according to a status report filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
