The D.C. Circuit rejected President Donald Trump’s bid to have the full appellate court review a panel’s decision temporarily restoring Shira Perlmutter to her position leading the US Copyright Office.
In an unsigned order Wednesday, the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit denied Trump’s Sept. 17 motion. A three-judge panel granted a temporary injunction reinstating Perlmutter during her appeal from a district court on Sept. 10.
