NEC Corp. Hit with Texas Patent Suit Over Server Product Line

InnoMemory LLC filed a new lawsuit against NEC Corp. accusing it of patent infringement over the creation and sale of servers incorporating memory technology.

NEC Corp.’s products incorporate similar methods to US Patent No. 7,057,960, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. InnoMemory said in exhibits the Express5800 server product lines utilize the protected methods.
