Two banks sunk similar lawsuits in Texas federal court over a patent assertion company’s allegations of infringing memory methods and technology.
Austin Capital Bank SSB and Sunflower Bank NA defeated InnoMemory LLC’s allegations on Sept. 22 as Judge Alan D. Albright of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas adopted a magistrate judge’s reports and recommendations to dismiss both cases.
