The banks’ ATMs use methods for a random access memory integrated circuit, according to similar but separate complaints filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. InnoMemory sued Zions over the ATMs of its subsidiary Amegy Bank of Texas on Thursday, and filed allegations against Truist on Friday. InnoMemory said the ATMs infringe US Patent Nos. 6,240,046 and 7,057,960.
