Huckabee failed to argue that Meta intentionally committed wrongdoing under state law, Judge Gregory B. Williams said in a memorandum opinion filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. Meta thwarted Huckabee’s privacy and unjust enrichment claims, though Williams found Section 230 of the federal Communications Decency Act doesn’t bar Huckabee’s claims.
