Drake University settled a trademark dispute over an Iowa community college’s use of a similar “D"-bearing logo.
Drake’s claims against the Des Moines Area Community College were dismissed with prejudice with each party bearing its own costs and fees, according to a joint stipulation filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
