CardiacSense’s representative delivered its complaint and summons to Casio America Inc.’s human resources department, according to a motion to dismiss filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Tokyo-based Casio said CardiacSense didn’t name the American unit as a defendant.
