NY to Hear Ghost Gun Insurance Row as Missouri Judge Ends Case

A Missouri federal judge moved forward with plans to toss a dispute over insurance coverage for “ghost gun"-related litigation in favor of a parallel New York suit despite objections from a gun retailer.

Judge Greg Kays of the US District Court for the Western District of Missouri dismissed KM Tactical LLC’s lawsuit against a Berkshire Hathaway Inc. insurance unit without prejudice in an order Tuesday.
