NY Court Is Likely Venue for Ghost Gun Insurance Coverage Fight

A Missouri federal court plans to end an insurance coverage suit over “ghost gun"-related litigation after a Berkshire Hathaway Inc. unit joined a parallel dispute in New York federal court.
