Shutting down a dispute in Missouri federal court over insurance coverage for “ghost gun” litigation in favor of a parallel action in New York where carriers brought claims would result in improper prejudice, a Missouri-based gun retailer said.
But the New York court already rejected KM Tactical LLC’s argument that litigating the dispute there would result in prejudice, one of the gun seller’s insurers, a Berkshire Hathaway Inc. unit, argued in response.
