Grid Experts, EPA Alum Back Traveling Ozone Plan at DC Circuit

Advocates for stronger wandering ozone standards told judges that the EPA’s new “Good Neighbor” plans aren’t the disruptive force critics claim it to be, according to a series of amicus briefs filed Monday.

A former Environmental Protection Agency deputy administrator, grid experts, doctors, and scientists submitted their friend-of-the-court briefs in the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, which continues to weigh challenges to EPA’s ozone rule.
