EEOC Can’t Get UPenn Jewish Staff Names for Now, Judge Rules

The University of Pennsylvania doesn’t need to share contact information for staff involved in Jewish Studies or programs with the EEOC for now as the school appeals a court order to provide it, a federal judge said.

UPenn’s request for a stay was granted Monday by US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Judge Gerald Pappert. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission had sued to force UPenn to share the requested information as part of a probe of antisemitism on campus.
