The University of Pennsylvania is appealing a federal judge’s ruling that the university must share names of faculty involved in Jewish Studies and campus programs with the EEOC for an antisemitism investigation.
UPenn asked the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Monday to prevent the school from having to send the subpoenaed information, which includes contact names of staff, a request that was opposed by some student and faculty groups. The university also filed a motion to stay the district court’s decision pending appeal.
