UPenn Told by Judge to Send Jewish Staff Names in EEOC Probe (2)

A federal judge said the University of Pennsylvania must share most requested information including names and contact information of faculty involved in Jewish Studies and campus programs as part of an EEOC antisemitism investigation.

US District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania Judge Gerald Pappert granted much of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s subpoena enforcement request, but said the university did not need to reveal each employee’s specific affiliation with Jewish-related organizations.
